What have you done this month?
Well, it has been a great month. I signed up in the gym so I
have gone like every day for 1 hour and I have met a lot of people who have
also shared with me their diets to have better results. I have put them into
practice and to be honest, they have worked out perfectly fine!
I have also tried to study for my English exams but it’s has
been kinda difficult since I haven’t had time. My job has become incredible
tiring and I have had to do overtime. I have returned to my house super late
and I’ve just had a few hours to study and less than 7 hours to sleep. I think I
need to get an agenda and prioritize my activities.
Even though I have got a tight schedule, I have been able to
spend some time watching movies or reading my favorite books. I have hung out
with some friends and believe it or not, I have even danced with them. You
should have seen me, I made a fool of myself, cuz, as you know, I can’t dance!
Present Perfect
This tense is used to talk about an action that has taken
place once or many times before now. The present perfect is most frequently
used to talk about experiences or changes.
Structure

Let's review some regular and irregular verbs, pay attention to the structure and try to create sentences using the structure above and the verbs. Remember, you will be using the verbs of the last column:
